The Design Partners Program provides a fast track to new system designs with engineering resources and complementary intellectual property from program partners and access to PortalPlayer's SOCs (system-on-chips), firmware, system architecture and PC-based software. Using PortalPlayer's reference platforms as a starting point, Design Partners work with OEMs to quickly and cost-effectively build differentiation into next generation products.
