At PortalPlayer, the QA engineer works with the Director of Manufacturing and Reliability to ensure the high standard of quality found in PortalPlayer products.

This may include any or all of the following:

Software Development

• Review test plans
• Implement quality testing
• Defect tracking and resolution

Additional Responsibilities

• Familiarity with programing languages test tools
• Database design and maintenance
• Business system design and database integration

If you have a BS in Computer Science or the equivalent; can show a minimum 4 years relevant experience; love to work in ad-hoc teams; willing to travel; show confidence in verbal and written communication skills; and are a wildly creative thinker then PortalPlayer may be the place for you.
