As an experienced LabVIEW programmer you will create test algorithms, device drivers for an automated test platform and be well versed in data acquisition applications.

You should have previous industry experience designing and installing automated test, data acquisition. Experience in C/C++, Visual Basic, and embedded programming is highly desirable.

You should have exposure to both hardware and software design and development in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Product test engineering, from the test case generation phase to the execution of testing of hardware units in production setup. You will also have excellent experience in usage of LabVIEW, along with NI Test Stand or Knowledge of National Instruments Hardware.

Primary Responsibilities

• LabVIEW programming to create test algorithms and device drivers for an automated test platform.
• Designing and installing automated test, data acquisition by using LabVIEW
• Software/Hardware selection & integration to automated test and data acquisition
• Continued development of automated test programming for various PortalPlayer Platforms

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience with LabVIEW
• Embedded programming is highly desirable
• BS degree or higher in Engineering or CS strongly preferred
• Automotive manufacturing experience is desirable
• Preference will be given to Certified Developer or Architect
• C/C++/Java experience is desirable
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a team environment
